The Four Establishments of Mindfulness
A structured and in-depth guide in the study and practice of the foundational practices of Buddhism. This course contains several hours of lectures, guided meditations, and suggested practices to explore the satipatthana sutta and anapanasati sutta, in which the Buddha most completey expounds his method of meditation.
